This was a really fun project to do, and one of the first e-commerce projects we developed. We had previously worked with the owners of Cathartic Canvas on a different project, so when asked to put an e-commerce website together in 2011, we were thrilled and jumped at the chance to help.

Without a doubt, we had a head-start on this site with some fantastic products to showcase. Not only that, but the client had some extremely high-resolution versions of the images which really made the site pop.

While we still help to maintain the Cathartic Canvas website, but they still has the capacity to edit the content as they see fit. This is an essential part of running any e-commerce store, and we’ve been keen to facilitate the best website possible for their needs. A few years into hosting the website for Cathartic Canvas, we were asked to design some images to display the canvases in situ. The nature of the high-quality product meant that there was never an opportunity to get high-resolution images of the canvases on walls.

So we were commissioned to design some images that would showcase the artwork on walls and around homes – giving them a better sense of tangible products on the website.

We were able to produce a variety of images that our friends at Cathartic Canvas loved, and still use on their website to date.
